No, as it can be charged with any USB-C to USB-C cable. We do recommend using a cable that can support 100W to charge up Flash Pro at it’s max speed. Be warned that most USB-C cables are not designed or rated to handle 100W (20V/5A) and require an E-Mark chip which prevents the circuit from overloading and allows the high power to be reached safely. Our Infinity Cables comes with an E-Mark chip meaning it can be used safely

The optimal conditions to store the flash are as follows: -Store at ~50% of charge, check every few months. -Store in low-temperature storage space ideally at 25°C/ 77°F. We do advise using the Flash Pro every few months to ensure the chemicals in the battery are moving.

One major reason is other companies will copy their technology which is why many leading brands only put li-po on their battery. This stands for “lithium polymer” which means it’s a lithium-ion (li-ion) battery with additives of other special materials.

We recommend using any charger as long as its strictly a wall charger that’s been plugged directly into the wall socket (with a travel adapter is fine). Charging via a 3rd party device (such as a TV or laptop) can be risky as USB-C protocols may not interact correctly across brands and is a well known issue with USB-C technology as its still fairly new. We cannot be held liable for any damages that occur when Flash Pro is used or charged incorrectly.

If you’ve received a tracking number and found the tracking to not be activated- we would like to reassure you that this is normal. Our shipping agent has advised that due to the special carrier method being used to ship the power banks, the tracking number will not activate until it has reached its destination country. This can usually take around 10 -20days.

If your local postal service makes an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to e.g. outdated address, no one was available to accept the package, they will return the package to us. As there is a penalty fee incurred with the return of your shipment and also the cost of re-sending your delivery as well as most returned packages never making it back to us, a reshipping fee will apply.
